As with any skill, practice improves performance. The Center is here to help you hone your communication skills to not only better serve your patients, but also to improve your professional satisfaction.

As the Center expands, we will be building and adding a variety of educational resources. Many will be on-demand, most will be free to providers, and we will continuously update the offerings. Please send us suggestions and feedback so we can make this site as helpful as possible.

If you would like to arrange for training at your facility, please email for more information. We typically include both training for clinicians and guidance on building a supportive internal system to help you make serious illness communication the norm for your site.
