He is currently the American College of Surgeons MacLean Center Fellow in Clinical Medical Ethics. His academic interests are in understanding the role of ethical constructs in delivering high value end of life care (e.g. to whom and how does the value accrue), and between clinicians providing care and the business of medicine (specifically, how (if) they relate to provider burnout).</image:caption>
